Can I amend my order?

We can amend the following in your order if our stock levels permit:
  1. Change the products ordered: amending the products on your order.
  2. Change the colour of the products ordered: amending the colour of the products ordered (if you have already received your order but would like to exchange one of the items for a different colour, the shipping and collection fee would be charged to your account) . 
  3. Change of the delivery method: amending the delivery method to shipping or collection (alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection using your own preferred courier).
  4. Split delivery: if your order contains products with different delivery dates, we will only ship your order on the later delivery date. However, you can opt for split delivery for an additional delivery fee.
