I accepted my trade in offer, what happens next?
Well, to start off, we will need to collect your goodies.
We will contact you to confirm your collection address and find out which day would suit you best to arrange collection of the items.

Should you not have the original boxes or packaging, you are required to package the travel system in a protective manner, the use of bubble wrap is recommended. It is your responsibility to avoid any damage of the item.
Once the product has been collected, the trade-in is final cannot be cancelled. As soon as we have received your items in our warehouse, we will inspect them to evaluate the condition.
We will then send you the voucher code via email shortly after.
