When will my order be dispatched?

We will ship orders to customers based on the delivery date selected. If you pre-ordered a product by selecting a future delivery date, we will dispatch your order within the second or third week of the delivery month you selected.

We will dispatch orders on the same day if the order delivery date of all the products are Available Immediately and the order is placed before 11:00 am.

Please note, if your order contains products with different delivery dates, we will only ship your order on the later delivery date.
